Does it cost anything to join?
No. Joining is free and takes one tap. You only need an account on AdyShop.
How does the shop know a customer came from me?
Your link contains your own private code, like adyshop.com/r/K7XQ2M9P. When someone opens it, we remember it on their phone or computer for 30 days. As soon as they create an account or sign in, they are linked to you for good.
Do I only earn on their first order?
No — you earn 7% on every order they pay for, now and in the future.
My friend already has an account. Does it still count?
Yes, as long as they have never ordered before. They just open your link and sign in. People who have ordered before, people already linked to another member, and members of the programme themselves cannot be claimed.
What exactly do I earn?
7% of the price of the items in the order. Delivery fees are not included. Example: a $40 order earns you $2.80.
When can I withdraw my money?
Each earning is ready 7 days after the customer pays (this protects against cancelled orders). Once you have at least $10.00 ready, tap Withdraw on your dashboard.
How and when do I get paid?
Choose EcoCash, InnBucks or a bank transfer. We send the money within 2–7 days of your withdrawal request and email you as soon as it is done.
What if an order is cancelled or refunded?
Then that order does not earn anything, and its earning disappears from your dashboard. That is why earnings wait 7 days before you can withdraw them.
Can I share links to products?
Yes. When you are signed in, tap Share & earn on any product page, or use the link maker on your dashboard.
Can I earn from my own orders?
No. Commissions are only for customers you bring to us.
